Tryggakliniken Kristianstad was founded in 2018 and is part of a growing group within primary care, occupational health services, and wellness. The health center is located in modern premises at C4 Shopping in Hammar and has an engaged multiprofessional team consisting of doctors, nurses, assistant nurses, rehabilitation competence, and administrative staff.

We are now developing the next step in our digital primary care, where structured medical data, clear workflows, and close collaboration between professions allow the doctor to spend their time where it makes the biggest difference.

Job Responsibilities

As a specialist in general medicine with us, you will primarily work remotely on digital medical assessments and follow-ups within the scope of primary care.

The role includes, among other things:

• Medical assessments of patients via digital workflows
• Prescription renewals, follow-ups, and counseling based on structured data
• Prioritization and medical guidance in collaboration with the rest of the team
• Assessment of when a patient needs a physical examination or another level of care
• Contribute to the development of safe, efficient, and patient-safe digital working methods

The work is primarily remote, but introduction, team meetings, or occasional physical moments may occur by agreement.

Requirements for the position:

• Specialist competence in general medicine
• Licens as a doctor with permission to work within Swedish healthcare
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• Experience working independently and in a structured manner
• Confidence in digital documentation and medical assessments remotely
